Why should you go to the A&P show?!

Why should you go to the show?

I think you should go to the A&P show because you get to see many smelly animals for example animals you haven’t heard of. The animals in the A&P show are Zebu’s, Turkeys, Donkey’s, Horses, Sheep, Lambs, Pigs, Bulls, Rabbits and Goats. There is also some NZ singers that will come to the A&P show to sing a couple of songs. You also get to see some medieval people with jacked armor on so it protects them when they are having a sword fight with the other medieval person. The medieval people were called Steel Thorns a pretty cool name for medieval people. You get to hop in  a helicopter, not for free but you have to pay. The helicopter takes you around the A&P show, it probably would look pretty cool if you look down, but if your scared of heights you probably wouldn’t look down. You also get to play some games like the gumboot throwing, to see how far you can throw a gumboot. You can also hop on a weird looking bicycle that has a blender connected to it. The lady puts ingredients of a smoothie in the blender. You have to peddle, peddle, peddle real fast if you want to blend fast! You will have a lot of fun at the A&P show. I would insist you to come to the A&P show with your family so you could have family time together!

The Coke Explosion

In writing we have been learning reminiscing how to write a recount because we have been writing to much about narrative stories. Also we have been experimenting mentos in coke zero. This writing is still in progress.

The Coke Explosion

It was a warm, sunny day. Miss McCormick blew her green loud whistle after we finished our game of ball rush. She yelled out “Sit outside the staff room” to the Toroa children. The Toroa children sprinted over outside the staff room and some walked. When all of the kids were sitting down on the grass Miss Thomason walked in front of us we all saw mentos in her hands. Also there was a grey plastic chair in front of us, on top of it there was coke zero. I already knew what was going to happen because I have seen many videos of mentos and baking soda splashing into coke/coke zero. Miss Thomason talked a little about what we were about to do. Some Toroa children completely did not know about what will happen if mentos is in coke. Miss Thomason asked the Toroa children “How many mentos should I drop in the coke?”

My favorite thing was the coke exploding and making a coke fountain.

Then we have to do ladder resource 6 we have to read the story. On Show Us That You Understand we have to record ourselves reading a book you could choose either Three Legends or After The Storm. This is my video reading the story I chose https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_-c5WL2kyeJ4r4n93MITNNohJA2BMD97/view. When we are finished recording ourselves we have to choose a book from room 4 there are tons of books there we had to choose a book and then get some people from my reading group then somebody will record us reading the play. Then we had to choose a picture book from the library and then we had to choose a class to read it to. After that on a doc we had to make a letter to send it to whatever class you want to read it to and then wait for the teacher to print it and then the teacher will give you a envelope then you fold the letter and put it into the envelope. When you are waiting for the teachers that you sent the envelope to you will have to practise reading your picture book. After that we have to do our Blooms Task. Then we find somebody's blog from another school not from our school then we find their latest reading post then we comment Glow Grow Connect. Then we have to click the link to studyladder logins then we play studyladder and work our way through the tasks in studyladder.

THE SAD MOMENT:

Jesse started walking carefully on the thick strong rope so he wouldn’t fall and crack his bone. Jesse walked carefully across the thick strong rope until he got on the middle. He was about to do a backflip and land on the stadium but unfortunately the rope wasn’t stable enough so Jesse fell and broke a bone in his arm, He was screaming so hard that his pants fell off and the audience laughed but it was very sad at the same time.

WHAT HAPPENED WHEN HE FELL:
